Abstract


Masih rendahnya kemampuan guru dalam bidang ICT di Kota Tangerang Selatan maka perlu dicarikan solusi yang tepat dan bermanfaat besar bagi guru. salah satu nya adalah Pengembangan Karya Inovasi Bagi Guru-Guru Dalam Menyongsong Era Digital Di Kota Tangerang Selatan Provinsi Banten bentuk kegiatannya workshop, seminar, dan pelatihan. Tujuan pelaksanaan PkM Nasional ini adalah; 1) pengembangan dan penggunaan pendekatan dalam pembelajaran berbasis media pada jenjang SD; 2) peningkatan kemampuan penggunakaan sumber belajar online untuk dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada jenjang SD dan SMP; 3) peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pembelajaran portofolio guru di jenjang SMP. Metode yang digunakan adalah 1) Praktek; peserta membuat alat peraga secara langsung baik pada pelatihan GPIP dan Pailkem. 2) ceramah bervariasi; peserta dan narasumber terlibat secara langsung dalam pelaksanaan PkM Nasional. Diharapkan Hasil yang dicapai adalah setiap peserta pelatihan dalam hal ini guru di kota tangerang selatan  memahami dan mengerti konsep pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia learning sehingga dapat diterapkan dan diaplikasikan dalam perkuliahannya.
