Abstract


 This study aims to determine how the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the BLT program in handling poverty and what the impact of the evaluation of the implementation of the BLT program was in Selli village, Bengo district, Bone district. This research method is descriptive qualitative and the research focus is in Selli village, Bengo sub-district, Bone district. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research data obtained were then processed using Spradley analysis consisting of domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and theme analysis. The results showed that the evaluation of the implementation of the direct cash assistance program in Selli village, Bengo district, Bone district, could be said to have not been going well. This can be seen from the sub-indicators, namely process, output, and outcomes indicators. In the program in Selli village, there are no changes to the poor, the distribution of aid is not evenly distributed or it is not right on target and there is jealousy among the people. The importance of the local government paying attention to the process of implementing the direct cash assistance program starting from data collection, proposals to disbursing BLT, and the Government can consider the BLT program so far because seeing the condition of the program has not brought changes to the community so far.
