Abstract


The purpose of this study is to find out an overview of the implementation of online learning, tofind out an overview of the motivation to learn English courses, and to find out whether there is asignificant influence on the implementation of online learning on motivation to study Englishcourses for students of the PGSD FIP UNM Bilingual Program class of 2019 during the Covid-19pandemic. The approach that used in this study is quantity with the type of ex-post facto research.The independen variable in this study is online learning, while the dependent variable is Englishmotivation. The sample collection technique used is Simple Random Sampling technique. The datacollection techniques and instruments used is questionnaires. The data analysis techniques usedare descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques. Basedon the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of online learning is in the verygood category and the motivation to learn English is in high category, and the significant value is0,000 (smaller than 0,05) which mean that there is a significant influence between online learningon the motivation to learn English for students of PGSD FIP UNM Bilingual Program.
