Peningkatan Pemahaman Guru mengenai Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Inovatif di Sulawesi Barat

Abstract
Abstrak. Strategi pembelajaran yang didasarkan pada pembelajaran inovatif dapat menghasilkan pendidikan inovatif yang kreatif. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk dilakukan pelatihan untuk peningkatan pemahaman guru mengenai penerapan model pembelajaran inovatif di Sulawesi Barat. Pendekatan yang dipersonalisasi digunakan selama proses pelatihan. Selama pelatihan, pendekatan ceramah, diskusi, praktik, dan bimbingan digunakan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai model pembelajaran inovatif kepada pesera. Setelah mengiktui pelatihan ini, pemahaman guru meningkat secara signifikan, yaitu sebesar 83 persen. Guru telah memahami dengan baik mengenai model pembelajaran inovatif dan dapat menerapkannya di kelas mereka masing-masing. Guru menganngap bahwa pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi perkembangan profesionalitas mereka dan pemkembangan peserta didik mereka.
