KREATIVIITAS BERGERAK TARI DALAM IRINGAN TEMBANG DOLANAN DI SDN BANJARAN VI KOTA KEDIRI

Abstract


Character education is an effort to instill good habits, so that students are able to behave and act based on the values that have become their personality. The character education values referred to by the Ministry include: religious values, honesty, tolerance, discipline, working hard, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love of the homeland, respect for achievements, friendly/communicative, love of peace , likes reading, cares about the environment, social care, and responsibility. Of course, these character values are very influential in strengthening the character of the nation's children, provided that teachers must be able to instill these values into their teaching and learning process. As is the case at SDN Banjaran VI Kediri City which applies conventional arts and culture-based learning. The teacher explained that the students answered and there was not much specific practice in their learning. In fact, learning the art of dance is very closely related to wirama (rhythm), wirasa (feeling), wiraga (body), and wirupa (mimic or expression). Therefore, students who receive this lesson need to be given freedom to imagine, so that children's creativity will emerge, especially if they are asked in cultural arts lessons in the field of dance to express themselves through creative dance movements accompanied by dolanan songs. The aim of this research was not only to provide stimulus to teachers, but also to increase the repertoire of art teaching methods.
