Kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru rendah karena kompetensi TIK yang lebih rendah dari guru, itu diperparah oleh sistem sertifikasi guru yang tidak termasuk kemampuan di bidang ICT. Akibatnya, deklarasi 2013 kurikulum diletakkan ICT sebagai salah satu elemen inti dari belajar menjadi sulit untuk mencapai maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran yang akurat tentang tingkat kompetensi ICT guru melalui penerapan sistem informasi berbasis web pemetaan kompetensi ICT. Desain penelitian studi ini adalah pre-eksperimental dengan R dan D. Subyek adalah guru keahlian SMK Teknologi Informasi di seluruh kota Sukabumi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dan mengisi pemetaan sistem informasi aplikasi kompetensi ICT guru. Dalam penelitian ini guru penjelasan pemetaan aplikasi sistem informasi menggunakan guru TIK. Tingkat kompetensi guru akan muncul secara otomatis setelah guru menyelesaikan isian yang terdapat dalam halaman web.

Abstract
The low pedagogic and professional competence of teachers due to lower ICT competence of teachers, it is further aggravated by the teacher certification system that does not include the ability in the field of ICT. As a result, the declaration of the 2013 curriculum is put ICT as one of the core elements of learning becomes difficult to achieve the maximum. The purpose of this study is to obtain an accurate picture of the level of ICT competence of teachers through the application of information systems web-based ICT competency mapping. This study was pre-experimental research design with R and D. The subjects were teachers of SMK Information Technology expertise throughout the city of Sukabumi. The instrument used in the form of questionnaire and fill out the application information system mapping of ICT competence of teachers. In this study teacher briefed mapping information system applications use ICT teacher. The level of competence of the teacher will appear automatically after completing teachers stuffing contained in the web pages.
