Abstract

Abstract. Working as a nurse requires you to always be alert to help other people, especially patients. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is voluntary behavior carried out by employees (nurses) for the benefit of their organization, outside of their main duties and responsibilities, without expecting any rewards from the organization. Hospitals as institutions that serve the benefit of society, especially in the health sector, require their nurses to have high OCB. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods to examine factors that can influence OCB of hospital nurses in Makassar. The results show that subjective well-being (SWB) and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of hospital nurses in Makassar.
