Analisis Tingkat Supportive Work Environment (SWE) pada Lingkungan Organisasi Universitas Swasta dari Sudut Pandang Mahasiswa Generasi Z

Abstract


Generation Z students or often called Gen Z are the generation born between 1996 and 2010. Even though they grew up in the digital era, are used to technology, and understand modern tools well, there is still no guarantee of their abilities. solving problems and analyzing situations. This research is quantitative research carried out periodically, planned and structured. The data collection technique in this research uses questionnaires/questionnaires via Google from. Distributed to active students at private universities who meet research requirements. The aim of this research is to determine the level of SWE in generation Z in private universities. Respondents aged 17 to 27 years totaled 88 people. The variable used in this research is Supportive Work Environment (SWE) with 15 items divided into 4 dimensions, namely Perceived Climate, Peer Group Interaction, Supervisory Support, and Perceived Organizational Support. Based on the data obtained, it is known that the level of reliability is high. Then the data was processed using the JASP application, the results obtained were that the Supportive Work Environment (SWE) tended to be at a medium level with a percentage of 89% or a total of 78 participants compared to a high level of Supportive Work Environment (SWE) with a percentage of 11% or total 10 participants. Based on these results, it is known that the Supportive Work Environment (SWE) for Gen Z students who are active in organizations tends to be moderate. This means that existing services on campus need to be improved and reviewed.
