Abstract


This study aims to measure how far the contribution of job satisfaction to employees well-being in lecturer of islamic state religious colleges. This research using a quantitative approach with survey method while data collection. Technique using cluster sampling and obtained data from 118 lectures. Analyzed using simple linear regression analysis on SPSS Statistics 20 for windows. Based on the hypothesis value test result, obtained P=0.000 (P<0.005) and the results showed that job satisfaction contributed 24.1% (R2 = 0.241) to employee well-being in lecturers of Islamic state religious colleges.
