Abstract

The implementation of school well-being is important in every school. School well-being crisis could impact students’ laziness to attend school and even juvenile delinquency. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the variables of learning motivation, peer relations, and academic stress on school well-being. The method used for this research is a literature study. Article searches were performed using Harzing's Publish or Perish software and Google Scholar and ScienceDirect sites. The result of this study showed that there is a relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Learning motivation and peer relation have a linear relationship with school well-being, whereas academic stress has an inversely proportional relationship with school well-being. Therefore, school is expected to create a comfortable and safe environment to increase learning motivation, establish a good peer relation, and minimize academic stress
