Abstract


Abstract. This study aims to determine how much market orientation influences adapting the SME business environment to the culinary sector in Makassar City. This research was conducted in Makassar City with a total sample of 100 respondents, using quantitative descriptive analysis with simple regression. The study results show a significant and positive effect of market orientation on adapting to the business environment in the culinary sector in Makassar City.
