Abstract


Abstract. This research refers to the behavioristic theory that studies human behaviour. The behavioural perspective focuses on human behaviour and occurs through based stimuli (stimuli) that create reactive behavioural relationships (responses). This study aims to determine how much work experience influences students' work readiness. The sample in this study was 337 school students in Pangkep Regency. This study used descriptive analysis and SEM model testing. The results showed that the Internship Experience of school students had a positive and significant contribution to the Job Readiness of students in terms of mediation skills.
