Abstract


The research uses a quality and quantitative approach to produce a holistic character-based learning model for children aged 5-6 to develop valid, practical, and effective student abilities at UNM Lotus Kindergarten. Data collection using observation, questionnaires, and assessment instruments and instruments and assessment instruments consisting of validation sheets and teacher response questionnaires. The data are analyzed through descriptive qualitative and quantitative. So the results of research on the development of a character-based holistic model. The results of the development of learning tools in this study include a Daily Learning Program Plan (RPPH), a Guidebook for Learning Implementation, a Children's Activity Sheet (LKA), and a Student Assessment Observation Sheet. Learning research data is obtained through validation, observation, and learning assessments. The results showed that the development of learning tools was valid, and the effectiveness of the devices was seen in the child's learning outcomes. Learning outcomes show that learning models can develop the potential of students. This study concludes that the character-based holistic model for developing students' potential in the UNM Integrated Lotus Early Childhood Group B is valid and interesting.
