Abstract


This study aims to know how the educator training at MAN 1 Polewali Mandar, then to find out how the performance of teachers at MAN 1 Polewali Mandar, and to determine whether there is an influence between the training of educators on teacher performance at MAN 1 Polewali Mandar. This research is Ex-post facto quantitative research. The population in this study were all teachers in MAN 1 Polewali Mandar, totaling 86 people. The sample is 40 teachers using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data processing techniques using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis. The results showed that the training of educators at MAN 1 Polewali Mandar was in the medium category with a percentage of 65%. Teacher performance at MAN 1 Polewali Mandar is also in the medium category, with a percentage of 75%. The results of inferential statistical analysis show that t-count = 3.49 > t-table = 1.686 at a significance level of 5%, then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between educator training on teacher performance at MAN 1 Polewali Mandar.
