Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the process of developing a Brain-Based Learning oriented module on valid, practical, and effective trigonometry material in class X SMA Negeri 3 Wajo. The type of research used is research and development concerning the ADDIE development model. This study was trialed in a limited online manner on class X SMA Negeri 3 Wajo students due to the covid-19 pandemic. Then, The collecting data techniques in this module development research use 3 types: interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Based on the result of the development carried out practice, it is known that the validation results for the Brain-Based Learning-oriented module are 4.4 with a very valid category. Practical, because the mean of the teacher's questionnaire percentage is 96.6% and the student's questionnaire is 85.3%, included in the very positive category. Effective because the observation sheet of the teacher's ability to manage the learning is 4.45, which means in the good category, the student activity observation sheet by 84%, including the very good category, and the result of the test shows the completeness of learning as big as 85.7. Thus, the developed module meets the aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness.
