Abstract

This study aims to describe the online learning assessment model to measure the student's comprehension skills of a fraction. The method of this study is qualitative descriptive. Three instruments are used: diagnostics test, interview, and validation of assessment sheet. A diagnostics test was used to determine the selected subject's comprehension types. Then, an interview was used to get the depth information about that. There were four subjects chosen from the diagnostic test then they were interviewed. The interview aims to investigate the depth of comprehension of subjects on fractions and measure the assessment used in the learning process. The assessment is important to evaluate the learning process and to give the value of the learning evaluation. The validation sheets of assessment were used to measure the quality of assessment to evaluate subject comprehension. The result of this study is the assessment model and the effective steps to measure the comprehension of students on fractions.
