The Effect of the Edmodo Assisted by Interactive Learning Media on Students' Mathematics Learning Outcomes

Abstract


The teacher's role in learning is very important, including providing effective support in the learning process following the current pandemic situation. This study uses the Edmodo application with the help of interactive learning media to determine the effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of SMAN 1 SENDANA class XI IPA 1. The method used in this study was a pre-experimental design type one group pretest-posttest design. The research was carried out using pretest-posttest questions, observations, and questionnaires. It was found that using the Edmodo application with the help of interactive learning media was effectively used. This follows the average N-Gain value of students' mathematics learning outcomes obtained at 0.6591, which is in the high category in the range of 0.61-0.80. Meanwhile, the results of observations of the teacher's implementation in the learning process, starting from the introduction, core activities, and closing, have been carried out well.
