Abstract. The focus of this research study is how the level of student readiness for the use of SYAM-OK in online learning during the covid-19 pandemic which includes: convenience, usefulness, acceptance of use and obstacles experienced by users during the online learning process using SYAM-OK during the covid-19 pandemic. 19. This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted from April to June 2021 at the Faculty of Education, Makassar State University. The subjects in this study were Educational Technology Students Class of 2019 who had filled out a questionnaire and conducted an interview process regarding the level of readiness to use SYAM-OK. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis methods consist of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that the level of student readiness to use SYAM-OK which includes four indicators, namely, convenience, usefulness, user acceptance and obstacles experienced by users. Among these 4 indicators, the indicator of the level of readiness to accept use still needs to be further improved. The obstacles experienced by users in the online learning process using SYAM-OK are the internet connection that is not supported, the server is down and the number of task collection capacity is limited. Even so, both students and lecturers hope to continue to use SYAM-OK in the online learning process and face-to-face learning
