Abstract. Improving Front Roll Floor Gymnastics Learning Through Games for Class VII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro Pangkep Academic Year 2020/2021 This research is a descriptive research that is contributive in nature which aims to determine the students' front-rolling ability from the initial attitude, the roll movement, and the final attitude which are still mostly not good. This study aims to improve learning of front roll floor gymnastics through games for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Bungoro Pangkep for the 2020/2021 academic year. The subjects in this study were students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro Pangkep in the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 30 students. The instrument used was the front roll performance test (rubric). The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative in the form of a percentage. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the increase in learning outcomes of front roll floor gymnastics through the game approach of the 30 students studied, has increased the average score of students. The average score of students in the initial condition was 7.43 points as many as 13 students or 43.3%. in good condition, it increased to an average of 8.03 points as many as 19 students with a percentage of 63% in the good category. However, the increase is still not maximal, it can be seen from the number and percentage of relatively low categories, namely 9 students (30%) of the total number of students, namely 30 students. The learning process of front roll floor gymnastics through a game approach is dynamic and fun and the results of observations of the teacher during learning also increase at each meeting. The ability of the students to roll forwards increased marked by an increase in the number of students in the good category and the reduction in the number of students in the less than 14 category to 9 students in the poor category.
