Abstract


Abstract. The problems in this study stem from the effect of the use of multimedia-based presentation media on vocational learning outcomes, the condition of multimedia equipment available in schools and the ability of teachers to use multimedia equipment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of multimedia presentation media on vocational learning outcomes, to determine the condition of the multimedia equipment available in schools, and to determine the level of teacher ability in using multimedia applications. The theories related to this research are presentation media, learning outcomes, and learning media. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research methods that can identify a population, prove hypotheses and research models. This research instrument is a questionnaire used to measure students' perceptions about the subject. The data analysis technique used in this study is the validity test which is measured to determine the feasibility of the items in a questionnaire, the reliability test if the instrument is reliable enough to be used as a data collection tool because the instrument is good, the classical assumption test consists of a normality test that tests whether in a regression model, the dependent and independent variables have a normal distribution or not, then the linearity test aims to find out whether two variables have a linear relationship or not, and uses simple linear regression which is used to determine how much influence the subject has on student learning interest in SMK . The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the use of multimedia on student learning outcomes of SMKN 1 Sinjai. The implementation of this multimedia learning can be carried out well because the facilities and infrastructure that support it, such as the availability of electricity, laptops, screens, LCDs, cables and terminals, and multimedia laboratories are in good condition.
