Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Team Achivement Division (STAD) untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI IPA Avogadro SMA Negeri 2 Pangkajene (Studi pada Materi Asam Basa)

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui penerapan langkah-langkah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, yaitu: 1) menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran dan memotivasi siswa, 2) mengorganisasikan siswa ke dalam kelompok-kelompok belajar yang terdiri dari 4-6 orang, 3) menyampaikan informasi, 4) membimbing kelompok bekerja dan belajar, 5) mengevaluasi hasil belajar siswa, 6) memberi penghargaan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 2 Pangkajene semester II tahun pembelajaran 2014/2015 sebanyak 29 orang yang terdiri dari 9 siswa laki-laki dan 20 orang siswa perempuan. Dengan alokasi waktu 3 minggu x 4 jam pertemuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Tes pemahaman konsep, 2) Lembar observasi indikator pemahaman konsep siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung, 3) Instrumen tes hasil belajar, 4) Lembar keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Rata-rata pemahaman konsep siswa selama proses pembelajaran pada siklus I sebesar 74,83% dan 80,80% pada siklus II, artinya terjadi peningkatan sebesar 5,97%. Sedangkan rekapitulasi tes pemahaman konsep terjadi peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu 51,74% meningkat menjadi 66,42%, artinya terjadi peningkatan sebesar 14,68%. Selain itu, hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok asam basa yang tuntas pada siklus I sebesar 31,03% dan siklus II sebesar 75,86%, artinya terjadi peningkatan sebesar 44,83%.

ABSTRACT
This research is a class action research that aims to improve of learning result through the application of measures cooperative learning model type STAD, namely: 1) conveying the learning objectives and motivate students, 2) organize the students into learning groups consisting of 4- 6 people, 3) convey information, 4) guiding the group work and study, 5) evaluating student learning outcomes, 6) gave the awards. The research subject were student state hight school 2 Pangkajene second semester 2014/2015 learning year a total of 29 people consisting of 9 male students and 20 female students. With the allocation of 3 weeks x 4 hours of meetings. The research instrument used in this study are: 1) Test comprehension concepts, 2) The observation of indicators of students' understanding of concepts during the learning process, 3) Instruments achievement test, 4) Measure cooperative learning model type STAD. On average understanding of the concept of students during the learning process in the first cycle of 74.83% and 80.80% in the second cycle, it means an increase of 5.97%. While understanding the concept of recapitulation test an increase from cycle I to cycle II is 51.74% increased to 66.42%, which means an increase of 14.68%. In addition, the results of student learning in the subject matter acid-base who completed the first cycle by 31.03% and 75.86% second cycle, which means an increase of 44.83%.
