Penerapan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dengan Pendekatan Scientific untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI IPA1 MAN Pangkep (Materi Pokok Kelarutan, Hasil Kali Kelarutan dan Koloid)

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk menemukan langkah-langkah yang tepat dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan scientific sehingga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA1 MAN Pangkep. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa XI IPA1 MAN Pangkep semester II tahun pembelajaran 2013/2014 sebanyak 30 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, siklus I dan siklus II masing-masing dilaksanakan sebanyak 3 kali pertemuan dengan waktu 6 jam pelajaran, pada setiap akhir siklus dilaksanakan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Aktivitas pada proses pembelajaran siklus I dan siklus II sebesar 45.39% dan 79.26%, sebesar 76.67% pada kategori sangat baik dan 23.33% pada kategori baik. Sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus I dan siklus II sebesar 71.33 dan 75.50. Adapun langkah-langkah yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan scientific yaitu: (1) guru menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran dengan media dan memotivasi siswa, (2) menyampaikan materi dengan media (3) membagi siswa ke dalam kelompok-kelompok belajar yang terdiri dari 4 siswa, (4) siswa dikelompokkan berdasarkan tingkat pencapaian sebelumnya dengan tetap memperhatikan faktor heterogen lainnya agar anggota kelompok menghargai perbedaan yang ada untuk mencapai tujuan bersama, (5) meminta setiap kelompok untuk membacakan jawaban atas pertanyaan yang diterima dan meminta tanggapan dari kelompok lain, kemudian meminta siswa menyimpulkan materi dengan cara ditunjuk langsung oleh guru, (6) dan memberikan penilaian terhadap hasil kerja kelompok.

ABSTRACT
This study is a classroom action research that aims to find the right steps in implementation of cooperative learning Type STAD with scientific approach that can increase the activity and learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA1 MAN Pangkep. The subjects were students of XI IPA1 MAN Pangkep in 2nd semester of academic year 2013/2014 as many as 30 students. The study was conducted in two cycles that each is performed in three times with six hours of lesson, there was a study test conducted in the end of each cycles. The result of this study shows that there are increasing learning activities and outcomes of the students. Learning activities in the first and second cycle were 45.31% and 79.26%, there were 46.67% included in very good category and 53.33% in good category. The averages of learning outcomes in the first and second cycle were 71.33 and 75.50. There are some sequences in implementing cooperative learning type STAD with a scientific approach, they are: (1) teacher delivers the learning objectives with media and motivates students, (2) teacher delivers learning material with media, (3) teacher divides students into some learning groups consisting of 4 members, (4) students are grouped according to their previews achievement level and considering other heterogeneous factors of them that group members are expected to appreciate their differences in order to achieve the learning goal, (5) teacher asks each group to read the answers of the questions received and requesting response from other groups, then asks students to conclude the material by directly appoint them, (6) and teacher provides an assessment of the groups’ work.
