Isolasi dan Identifikasi Senyawa Metabolit Sekunder Ekstrak Etil Asetat Kulit Batang Belimbing Wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi Linn)

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Penelitian eksplorasi ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan
mengidentifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terdapat dalam
ekstrak etil asetat kulit batang belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi
Linn). Isolasi dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu ekstraksi,
fraksinasi, pemurnian dan identifikasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh
isolat berupa kristal berbentuk jarum berwarna putih dengan titik
leleh 110-112oC. Isolat menunjukkan respon positif terhadap uji
reagent Lieberman Burchard. Spektrum FTIR menunjukkan bilangan
gelombang (cm-1) yakni: 1051,20 (C-O); 1463,97 dan 1377,17 (CH2
dan CH3); 1645,28 (C=C); 2935,66 (C-H); 3425,65 (OH alkohol).
Berdasarkan uji pereaksi dan data spektra FTIR disimpulkan bahwa
isolat merupakan senyawa golongan sterol.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to isolate and identify the secondary
metabolit compound contained in the ethyl acetate extract of bark of
Averrhoa bilimbi Linn. Isolation is done in several stages; extraction,
fractionation, purification, and identification. The result was obtained
as pure an isolate in white needle crystal with a melting point of 110-
112 . The isolate gives a positive respond to Lieberman-Burchard
reagent test. Isolate was identified by analyzing the infra red spectrum
which showed the wave number (cm-1) are: 1051,20 (CO); 1463.97
and 1377.17 (CH2 and CH3); 1645.28(C = C); 2935.66 (C-H);
3425,28 (OH alcohol). Base on reagent test and FTIR datas, it is
suggested, that isolate is sterol compound.
