Perbandingan Strategi Konflik Kognitif dengan Strategi Konvensional terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Makassar (Studi pada Materi Pokok Stoikiometri Larutan)

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pengaruh strategi konflik kognitif dengan strategi konvensional terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA yang terdiri dari tujuh kelas dengan jumlah siswa 315 orang. Sampel diambil dengan random sampling yaitu mengambil dua kelas dari tujuh kelas secara acak. Sebagai kelas eksperimen adalah kelas XI IPA 7 dan sebagai kelas pembanding adalah kelas XI IPA 5. Data tes hasil belajar diolah dengan statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan Uji-t. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 15,02 dengan standar deviasi 3,78. Sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas pembanding adalah 12,25 dengan standar deviasi 3,74. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen adalah 63% dan pada kelas pembanding adalah 32%. Dari hasil perhitungan statistik inferensial diperoleh nilai t_hitung 3,474 dan harga t_tabel 1,665 pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hal ini berarti hipotesis diterima sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh strategi konflik kognitif lebih besar daripada pengaruh strategi konvensional terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Makassar.

ABSTRACT

This research aimed to know the comparison of cognitive conflict and the conventional strategy to learning achievement of the student of Class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Makassar. Populations this research are all student of XI IPA class of SMA Negeri 1 Makassar consist of seven classes with the student amount 315 people. Sample is takes by random sampling to have two classes. As experiment class is XI IPA 7 class and comparator class is of XI IPA 5 class. Data of study result processed by descriptive statistically and analysis processed statistically inferential by T-test. Mean of study result of l of experiment class is 15.02, witch the deviation standard is 3.7 and mean of study result of comparator class is 12.25, witch the deviation standard is 3.74. The percentage completing of study of experiment class is 63% and comparator class is 32%. From inferential statistic calculation result obtained t_hitung is 3,474 and t_tabel is 1,665 at significant level is 0.50. Matter of this means indicated the hypothesis value are accepted, so that concluded that influence of cognate conflict strategy bigger than conventional strategy form study the student of class of XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Makassar.
