Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian eksplorasi ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengidentifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terdapat dalam ekstrak etil asetat daun Kayu Jawa. Sampel diperoleh dari kecamatan Cina, Bone. Penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu maserasi dengan metanol, partisi dengan etil asetat, fraksinasi,  pemurnian dan identifikasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh isolat murni berbentuk serbuk berwarna kuning kehijauan,  positif terhadap pereaksi Lieberman-Buchard. Hasil spektroskopi  spektrum FTIR menunjukkan bilangan gelombang (cm-1) yakni: 1456,26 dan 1377 (CH2 dan CH3), 1539 (C=C);1739,79 dan 1707,00 (C=O) ; 2953,02 , 2918,30 dan 2850,79 (C-H); 3441,01 (OH) dan 1041,56 (C-O). Berdasarkan hasil uji serta data spektrum FTIR, isolat yang diperoleh diduga merupakan senyawa golongan steroid.

ABSTRACT

This exploration research aim to isolate and identify the secondary metabolite compound from etil acetat extract of Kayu Jawa leaf. Sample were obtained from Cina district, Bone  Sub District, South Sulawesi. This research consists of several stages, they were maceration with methanol, partition with etil acetate, fractination, purification and identification. The result was pure isolate in yellow greenery powder, both isolate positive Lieberman-Burchard reagent. Spectrum of FTIR showed several wave number (cm-1) : 1456,26 and 1377 (CH2 and CH3), 1539 (C=C);1739,79 and 1707,00 (C=O) ; 2953,02 , 2918,30 and 2850,79 (C-H); 3441,01 (OH) and 1041,56 (C-O). Based on the test reagent and FTIR spectral datas, both isolate is group of steroid compounds.
