Abstract


The Population and Civil Registration Office of Sinjai Regency is one of the Sinjai Regency Regional Agencies that provides population administrative services to the community that should be effective, efficient, responsive and accountable. This study aims to describe the Effectiveness of the "Pencet WhatsApp Saja" Program at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sinjai Regency. This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sinjai Regency, this study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation as well as technical data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the "Pencet WhatsApp Saja" Program at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sinjai Regency has been implemented quite effectively and is supported by adequate infrastructure, but it cannot be said to be fully effective. This is because there are still obstacles on the internet network that is not smooth or slow at the time of inputting or processing population data or documents and there are still many people who do not know about the "Pencet WhatsApp Saja" Program, which is fast service via WhatsApp every day
