Abstract


Abstract. This study aims to determine the increase in German vocabulary mastery of SMA Negeri 11 Makassar students through the Two Stay Two Stray method. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The research data consisted of two types, namely qualitative data in the form of data from observations during the learning process and quantitative data in the form of test results for improving students' German vocabulary mastery. The average value of vocabulary mastery of class XII students in cycle I was 78.54 and in cycle II it increased to 86.66. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Two Stay Two Stray method can improve the German vocabulary mastery of class XII students at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar
