Cope Method: Sebuah Cara Untuk Manajemen Stres Kerja pada Guru Sekolah Dasar

Abstract


Abstrak. Stres kerja dapat menjadi bagian dari kehidupan individu dan organisasi. Stres kerja yang menumpuk akan merugikan Guru ketika bekerja karena sangat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja atau performansi mengajar yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Cope Method dalam untuk menurunkan tingkat stres kerja pada Guru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan eksperimen. Subjek terdiri dari 10 guru sekolah dasar yang dibandingkan dengan 10 guru sebagai kelompok kontrol. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Skala Stres Kerja. Hasil uji U mann whitney menunjukkan tingkat stres kerja berkurang signifikan setelah penerapan cope method (p=0,00; p<0,005).
