Meditasi Mindfulness Sebagai Upaya Menjaga Atensi di Era Digital dalam Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract


Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh meditasi mindfulness dalam penjagaan atensi di era digital dalam masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, yaitu dengan mengkaji atau melakukan studi beberapa sumber literatur ilmiah baik berupa jurnal dan artikel ilmiah maupun buku yang terkait topik penelitian. Pada penelitian ini ditunjukkan bahwa meditasi mindfulness efektif untukmeningkatkan atensi (perhatian) di tengah-tengah era digital yang sarat distraksi yang bertambah dengan kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang mengharuskan banyak aktivitas dilakukan dengan teknologi internet.
