Stimulasi Daring Strategi Regulasi Diri Penggunaan Telepon Cerdas pada Emerging Adulthood di Wilayah Semiringkai Kepulauan

Abstract


Abstrak. Manusia menggunakann telepon cerdas untuk berbagai keperluan yang produktif ataupun keperluan yang mengganggu.  Manusia yang berada pada usia emerging adulthood (usia 18-22 tahun) pun merupakan pengguna telepon cerdas yang masif. Strategi regulasi diri diperlukan dalam penggunaan telepon cerdas ketika belajar. Tujuan riset untuk mengetahui efektifitas stimulasi strategi regulasi diri  penggunaan telepon cerdas. Metode yang digunakan desain eksperimen kuasi, rancangan satu kelompok tes praperlakuan dan pascaperlakuan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive. Partisipan terdiri atas 105 orang. Stimulasi daring dilakukan selama 7 jam dihari yang sama.  Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala regulasi diri pengguna telepon cerdas yang dimodifikasi.  Analisis data menggunakan uji t dua sampel berpasangan dengan bantuan JASP 0.14.1. Hasil riset menunjukkan stimulasi strategi regulasi diri tidak berpengaruh menurunkan perilaku multitasking saat belajar, tidak berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan penggunaan telepon cerdas  untuk mendukung fokus dalam belajar. Temuan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai pengelolaan waktu penggunaan telepon cerdas secara produktif.
