Abstract


This study aims to determine the financial performance before and during the covid-19 pandemic in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX. The variable in this study is Financial Performance. The population in this study is the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as many as 61 companies and the amount of observation data is 2 years during the 2019-2020 period. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations and criteria with a sample of 12 companies. Data collection techniques used are documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used financial ratio analysis, normality test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study: the financial performance before and during the covid-19 pandemic in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX did not experience significant differences in terms of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios.
