Analysis of the Effectiveness of Management of Operational Assistance Funds in Elementary Schools in Pangkep Regency

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the Effectiveness of School Operational Assistance (BOS) Fund Management in Public Elementary School 32 Tumampua VI, Pangkajene Sub-district, Pangkep District. The variable in this study is a single variable, which is the effectiveness of BOS fund management. The population in this study is all BOS fund management reports in Public Elementary School 32 Tumampua VI, Pangkajene Sub-district, Pangkep District. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sampling consideration in this research is the latest year's BOS fund management report, which is the BOS fund management report for the year 2022 in Public Elementary School 32 Tumampua VI, Pangkajene Sub-district, Pangkep District. The data collection techniques used are documentation and interviews. The analysis technique uses the effectiveness ratio. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the effectiveness of BOS fund management in Public Elementary School 32 Tumampua VI during the three stages is 100%, indicating that it is effective. This result indicates that the performance of Public Elementary School 32 Tumampua VI in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) fund is considered good in realizing the BOS fund.
