Abstract


This research analyzes improving the vocabulary skills of deaf students using Canva-based flashcard media at SLBN 1 Tana Toraja. The aim of this research was to determine the vocabulary abilities of deaf students before using Canva-based flashcard media, the vocabulary abilities of deaf students after using Canva-based flashcard media, and to increase the vocabulary abilities of deaf students through using Canva-based flashcard media. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach, with a descriptive research type. The data source in this research is the PI of deaf children in class VI at SLB N 1 Tana Toraja. Data collection techniques include tests, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis by comparing test results before and after using Canva-based flashcard media. The results of this research indicate that there has been an increase in the vocabulary skills of class IV deaf students at SLBN 1 Tana Toraja by using Canva-based flashcard media.
