Abstract


The current situation after the pandemic makes it difficult for many people to find work. The individual must be able to provide for himself. This will also cause problems for them, they will have difficulty in meeting their daily needs. Work is to perform a certain task for a certain period of time. In the current post-pandemic period, the number of responses in Indonesia has increased significantly. It causes humans not to have the ability to reason, but instead get stuck in length. Based on data from BAPPENAS, there are many installments. Unemployment increased to 3.8 million people per chaos in February 2022. Total Unemployment is counted at more than 6.89 million people. An increase of 3.8 million people this year means that the estimated response reached 10.58 million people. This is due to the primary economic and political crisis that caused many people to migrate to layoffs or closures of places of business (Employment Relations). The work of red light clowns is becoming increasingly engaged in the midst of very fierce economic competition. This research uses qualitative analysis to analyze the entire data, in-depth information about a particular subject, or Data analysis will be widely used to solve problems. Utilize focus group qualitative analysis methodology, in-depth interviews, in-depth observation, and in collecting data. The results in the study are the main factors why they play the role of red light clowns because economic factors have difficulties that have an impact on their income to make ends meet.
