The Influence of Performance Allowances on Employee Work Performance at the Population Administration and Civil Registration Service in Takalar Regency

Abstract

Appart from being a from of heartfelt gratitude,these virtues also have a wide range of values in society, some of which are moral, religious, and so on. Which makes researchers more interested in examining the traditions of these Pattudu traditions where people were eager to welcome and prepare the maulid of the prophet Muhammad than that of the child- the unfinished children of his Koran reading embedded a sense in which they would be reluctant to ride the horse before completing its Koran reading, and the child-children became anxious to be able to mount the dancing horse as soon as possible. Beyond that this research has had a purpose that researchers would like to know more deeply about the various values embodied in the valour traditions of Pattudu to know more about execution- the implementation of the mine of Pattudu and the values- of the valuesit contains. The methods used by researchers in this study are field research methods and heuristic methods in which researchers observe and collect sources-available sources and then analyze and deduce data that the Sayyang Pattudu is a tradtion conducted asa from of parental gratitude toward its children-a child that has been sealed in its Qur’an. It is said that Pattudu also has a rule-the rules in which the performance is carried out.
