Abstract


This research aims to determine the influence of provision additional employee income (TPP) on the performance of the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Governance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Gowa Regency. The research was carried out in October-December 2020. The population of the research was the State Civil servants in  the Governance and Regional Work Units (SKPD). The total population of all civil servants was 50 civil servants with the total sample was 50 civil servants. The data obtained through questionnaires and interviews, data collection testing used the validity test and reliability test. Hypothesis test used was simple linear regression analysis test with SPSS statistical software, and test of determination.
