Abstract


This study examines the application of behavioral contracting techniques to improve the study discipline of SMA Negeri 14 Gowa students. The problems in this research are, (1) What is the description of the disciplined behavior of students in subject N and subject R in SMA Negeri 14 Gowa?, (2) What is the description of the implementation of the application of behavioral contracting techniques to improve the discipline of study in SMA Negeri 14 Gowa?, (3) ) Can the behavioral contracting technique improve the study discipline of the students of SMA Negeri 14 Gowa?. The aims of this research are: (1) To find out the description of the disciplined study behavior of subject N and subject R students in SMA Negeri 14 Gowa, (2) To find out the description of the implementation of the application of behavioral contract techniques to improve the discipline of study of students of SMA Negeri 14 Gowa, (3) To find out whether the contract technique behavior can improve the study discipline of students of SMA Negeri 14 Gowa. This research approach is a quantitative approach with the type of research Single Subject Research (SSR) and uses an A-B-A design. The subjects of this study were two students of class XI IPS 2 at SMA Negeri 14 Gowa who had low study discipline. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation and interview instruments. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and visual analysis.
