Abstract


The purpose of this study is how do we find out how far students understand online learning. Furthermore, this research also wants to find out the EFFICIENCY & EFFECTIVENESS OF ONLINE LEARNING FOR STUDENTS, whether by holding online learning, students understand lectures and also if this online learning continues, then what impact will it have on students and how much efficiency and effectiveness this online learning has for students. The data collection technique in this study is through observation, interviews, and data documentation which will be obtained by researchers will be processed through qualitative analysis with a descriptive analysis approach to EFFECTIVENESS & EFFECTIVENESS OF ONLINE LEARNING FOR STUDENTS. There are still many students who complain about online learning due to the lack of knowledge gained and also if you rely on lectures via Zoom or Google meet sometimes it makes students anxious because the network does not support or the internet package has run out and this online learning also makes students more lazy and lack of knowledge from lecturers. During the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia and the world, the world of education, including universities, had to respond adaptively. Higher education academic services are a component of educational activities that must be carried out even during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore this research is intended to find out: 1) how is the response of universities to the current Covid-19 pandemic, and 2) how is the effectiveness of higher education academic services in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.
