Abstract


This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Hadji Kalla Toyota Cokroaminoto Branch. There are three variables in this study consisting of two independent variables and one dependent variable. The independent variabel consists of Organizational Culture (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) while the dependent variabel is Employee Performance (Y). Total population of 50 employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis using two methods, namely simultaneous test (F) and partial test (T) with the help of IBM SPSS 24 data processing. The results of this study indicate that variabel 1) Organizational Culture has a partial effect on employee performance based on the results of the partial test that organizational culture variabel has a t count value > t table, namely 3.804 > 2.011 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. 2) there is a partial effect of job satisfaction on employee performance as shown in the results of the t test which has a tcount > ttable, namely 4.795 > 2.011 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. 3) The influence of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction together have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance with a research significance value of 0.000 <0.05
