Abstract


This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of Kajang Public Health Center employees, Bulukumba Regency. The population in this study were Kajang Health Center employees as many as 60 people using Saturated Samples. Data was collected using observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of the research that has been carried out at the Kajang Health Center, Bulukumba Regency, the data obtained from research findings that there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable is 0.905 or 90.5%. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously leadership and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership development has a significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a significant influence on employee performance.
