Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Makassar City Revenue Agency office. The independent variables studied were; work discipline and work motivation with the dependent variable is employee performance. To find out how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable, multiple regression analysis is used with the t-test analysis method and the F . test. This study utilized an example of 100 respondents from Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office workers, for this situation representatives with government worker status and agreement workers. While examining utilizing coincidental testing method, in particular examining by picking who turned out to be found and as per the predefined test necessities. The kind of exploration utilized is the sort of clarification research through the SPSS application.
