Abstract


This study aims to determine how the influence of organizational communication and discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Alauddin Makassar Branch. The population in this study were employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Alauddin Branch as many as 80 people and the sample used was a saturated sample. Data was collected using observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that partially organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, Discipline partially also has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. And simultaneously organizational communication and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction
