Abstract


The study is entitled the effects of teachers’ poor attitudes on the construction of students’ personality: Perceptions of university students at UniLúrio- Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, the main objective is to explore the effects of teachers’ poor attitudes on the construction of students’ personality. To reach the objective semi-structured interview to collect data was used. It employed descriptive design, interpretive philosophy and qualitative methods for data analysis, and there were 4 participants. The results demonstrate that the effects of teachers’ poor attitudes on the construction of students’ personality are negative, students tend to be disobedient, rude, arrogant, rebel and insensitive toward others in society, and was suggested that educational managers should hire an exemplar teachers and education inspectors should seriously supervise school to ban teachers with poor attitude.
