Abstract


Implementation of corporate governance (corporate governance) is seen as very important as one of the things to maintain the sustainability of the company's business in the long term that prioritizes the interests of shareholders (shareholders) and stakeholders (stakeholders). The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Indonesia. The method used in this research is literature study. Literature study is a research approach that is carried out by looking for references on a theoretical basis that is relevant to the cases or problems found. These references can be found in books, journals, research report articles, and online sites on the internet. The output resulting from the literature study is the collection of references that are relevant to the problem formulation. The principles of Good Corporate Government at PT. Telkom Indonesia has a very high percentage interpretation.
