Sosialisasi Edukasi Pencegahan Penularan Covid-19 Di PT Lutungan Indoutama Makassa

Abstract

COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) is a new disease caused by a virus from the Coronavirus group, namely SARS-CoV-2 which is also often called the Corona virus. The first case of this disease occurred in the city of Wuhan, China, at the end of December 2019. After that, COVID-19 spread between humans very quickly and spread to a number of countries, including Indonesia. This is of course a frightening specter for people who make them more vigilant in their activities so as not to be infected by this corona virus. The purpose of this activity is to provide education or socialization so that activities carried out in the work environment remain safe from Covid-19. The preparation stage carried out was by making posters about Covid-19, then conducting socialization offline by pasting posters in strategic and easy-to-see places, namely in front of the office entrance and workspace. The implementation method is carried out by means of a qualitative method with a literature and empirical approach. The result of this activity is that the community understands and implements ways to prevent Covid-19 and begins to practice clean and healthy living habits as an effort to reduce and break the chain of the spread of Covid-19.
