Abstract

Dialogue is a process in which individuals or groups seek to overcome each other’s fears and insecurities and develop new relationships based on mutual trust. Dialogue can be a place for channeling ideas and progressing ideas, admonishing each other’s thoughts and giving birth to accurate resolutions(mutual consensus), starting from equating perspectives, testing the quality of new ideas resulting from the marriage of many ideas. See the conflicts and dynamics of the youth in the Bambalamtu village with various actions that damage the dignity of today’s youth so that is has a negative effect on society and the future of the youth themselves. Youth Dialoges is presentes to be a forum for developing the ideas and thoughts of the youth in the Bambalamotu village to restore the of dignity youth who are educated and hace a good morals
