Pembenahan Sistem Informasi Program Studi dan Pembuatan Video Jurusan Matematika Universitas Negeri Makassar

Abstract

Landasan munculnya program kerja pembenahan sistem informasi program studi Jurusan Matematika dalam KKN Domisili Kampus Jurusan Matematika dikarenakan belum adanya program untuk menghitung jumlah mahasiswa yang terdaftar seminar maupun ujian sehingga dibuat suatu program dalam bentuk microsoft excel, sedangkan program kerja pembuatan video muncul dikarenakan belum ada video khusus untuk mempublikasikan Jurusan Matematika di luar kampus UNM. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan selama kedua program kerja ini dilaksanakan dimulai dari (1) Mengumpulkan data mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Matematika yang diperoleh dari Ketua Prodi Pendidikan Matematika, (2) Mengelompokkan data mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Matematika berdasarkan nomor urut peserta ujian, NIM, daftar nama peserta ujian, program studi, nama PA, kode ruangan, ruang, waktu seminar proposal, kode ruang 2, ruang 4, waktu seminar hasil, kode ruang 4, ruang 5, waktu ujian skripsi, dan tanggal yudisium, (3) Menginput data mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Matematika yang sudah terjadwal seminar proposal, seminar hasil dan ujian skripsi yang telah dikumpulkan, (4) Membuat video jurusan matematika untuk mengetahui alumni Jurusan Matematika S1 yang melanjutkan kuliah di luar negeri serta pengenalan Jurusan Matematika dan mahasiswa berprestasi. Dalam penginputan nama-nama mahasiswa yang sudah terjadwal seminar maupun ujian berjumlah 83 orang, sedangkan dalam pembuatan video terbuat satu video publikasi Jurusan Matematika.

The method of activity carried out during both work programs is carried out starting from (1) Collecting data of mathematics education students obtained from the Head of Mathematics Education Program, (2) Grouping data of Mathematics Education Study Program students by exam participant's ruth number, NIM, list of exam participants' names, study program, PA name, room code, room, proposal seminar time, room code 2, room 4, results seminar time, room code 4, room 5, thesis exam time, and judicial date, (3)  Input the data of students of Mathematics Education Study Program that has been scheduled proposal seminars, seminar results and thesis exams that have been collected, (4) Make a video of mathematics majors to find out alumni of mathematics majors who continue to study abroad as well as introduction to mathematics departments and outstanding students.In the input of the names of students who have scheduled seminars and exams numbered 83 people, while in the making of the video made a video publication Department of Mathematics.
