Abstract


Basic Leadership Training (LDK) itself is an exercise that focuses on the leadership spirit possessed by a person which will later be used to develop students' self in training interpersonal cohesiveness, channeling ideas and thoughts. The Real Lecture Work Program for post-disaster KKN students in Ulumanda sub-district aims to foster leadership in students after the earthquake disaster so that they are able to manage themselves and their environment. In addition, through these activities, students are expected to be able to instill the basics of organizational management science so that they have the knowledge, abilities, and expertise to play an active role in school organizations, especially student councilors. The stages of activities in this work program, namely through three stages. The first stage, carried out on Thursday, April 22, 2021, is in the form of socializing activities to students and the second stage on Friday, April 23, 2021, namely the opening of activities as well as reading the rules for implementing LDK activities. Then in the third stage, which was carried out on April 24, 2021, namely the acceptance of material from KKN UNM Students Batch XXII about leadership, organization, and organizational management. And through this activity, organizations such as OSIS are back active after the last 2 years have not run optimally due to Covid-19 and the earthquake disaster in Kabiraan village, Ulumanda sub-district. So with this Work Program, it is hoped that the material that has been provided can be applied properly and the OSIS program can run as it should.
