Excessive exercise will have a negative effect because it causes the immune system to become suppressed. Mandai District is the sub-district with the highest level of positive COVID-19 cases in Maros Regency, so that the health workers in Mandai District have to work harder to overcome the spread of disease, one of which is by counseling on a healthy lifestyle. We took the initiative to provide solutions in the form of assistance to carry out physical health exercise activities with sub-district officials, community leaders and hosptal employees. We started at October 23th 2020 in the field of the Mandai District office and started at 08.00 o’clock. The activity begins by gathering participants in the field then adjusting the distance between participants, there are two gymnastic songs used, namely Physical Health Exercise and Maumere Gymnastics. After the gymnastics activity, some of the participants played sports such as volleyball and futsal. This activity was finally carried out well and conducive even though there were some participants who did not wear masks during the activity. We consider this activity a success because of the enthusiasm of the residents who participated in this activity.
