Analysis of Students' and Teachers' Readiness for Limited Face-to-Face Learning Post-Covid-19

Abstract


This study aims to determine the readiness of students and teachers for limited face-to-face learning after Covid-19 at SMP Negeri 3 Makassar City. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study were students and teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Makassar City who had filled out questionnaires and conducted an interview process regarding the readiness of students and teachers for limited face-to-face learning after Covid-19. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis methods include data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of the study show that the level of readiness of students and teachers for face-to-face learning is limited, which includes four factors, namely, student readiness in the good category, teacher readiness in the very good category, support for facilities and infrastructure in also in the very good category, and school management has reached ready category is categorized as good.
